Mystery Shopping

The key to successful mystery shopping is focussed planning, meticulous attention to detail in the office as well as in the field, good training and good briefing.

We have a specially trained nation-wide team of mystery shoppers who have carried out projects for customers such as L'Oreal, Zurich FS and Prudential.  We take the same care over quality for mystery shopping as for all other research we do.

Advertising Development

From pre-concept stages through to tracking impact and communication we  make a real contribution to advertising development.

We use either - or both - qualitative or quantitative methods from simple groups, depths, street interviews or hall tests through to more demanding techniques, such as enabling or tracking to suit the research and advertising needs.  We model motivations to get to the heart of communications.
